We, Roobaroo Consulting LLP a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
Roobaroo Consulting, a premier consulting firm, we provide various services to various clients and individual users including but not limited to offering professional services in the areas of Business Consulting, Risk Advisory, Compliances and Setting up of India Operations for clients throughout the country. Roobaroo will help to pitch investors forum with proper due diligences and compliances.
Roobaroo has launched a new community and various directives with mission is to engage with Entrepreneurs to build a Next Gen India. It plans to build the forum through its expertise is Business Consulting and Risk Advisory & Compliance services for Setting up and scale their business models through a hybrid approach of Consulting-Coaching of Entrepreneurs.
The objective is to foster an environment for entrepreneurial spirit and collaborations for innovation and growth.
This will help them to pitch for further set up and scaling their business.
We provide the above services and will add / amend from time to time through our website/mobile application/ “Roobaroo.co.in” and “e2xl.in” for Users (“Portal”). References to "You", “Users”, ““Your” shall mean the Users (including Members/Clients/ Guests/Visitors) accessing the Services and the Portal. You are accepting the Cancellation and Refund Policy by accessing / subscribing or enrolling or registration to our online/offline workshops,events,conferences or for various updates/newsletter from us.
a. Our online community of entrepreneurs offers a range of workshops and social media engagements, both offline and online.
b. Please note that this cancellation and refund policy applies to both online & offline workshops & physical products and materials associated with our workshops and events or conferences.
c. For online workshops, events, conferences once registered and paid you can cancel your registration in next one day (24 Hours from the date of registration and payments, whichever is earlier).
d. We would normally pass on your registration to the next schedule of workshop (Only Once), if it is a regular program calendar of the community.
e. In the case of an exclusive event / not a repetitive of the Bi-Monthly workshops, 50% of the fees paid will be deducted and 50% will be returned back to your account of the source payee receipts.
For Offline event materials Tracking and Confirmation
a. For shipments that include tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed and shipped.
b. It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is accurate and can receive the shipment. We will not be held responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by you.
Acceptance and Damages
a. Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the package for any visible signs of damage or tampering. If any issues are observed, please notify us within [two days] of receipt, providing relevant details and supporting documentation.
b. We will work with you to resolve any valid claims of damaged or defective products. This may include providing replacements or issuing refunds, depending on the circumstances and available remedies.
Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
a. In the rare event that a package does not reach its intended destination within the expected timeframes, please notify us so that we may initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
b. We will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order or reimbursement, subject to the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
Limitation of Liability
a. While we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping services, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers or cancellation of the offline events in case of any anticipated closures, government or regulatory guidelines or force majeure conditions.
b. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and covered by the shipping / courier company.
